The Story:
Uncompromising is our pursuit to present quality wines that represent the best regions across Australia and New Zealand, the VWP winemaking philosophy is to deliver wines that express purity of varietal flavour, show elegance of structure with soft tannins whilst being rich, powerful and complex.
From vineyard to high quality winemaking techniques the wines are handcrafted to ensure the individual nuances of the vineyard and variety is maintained.
Only the best quality fruit is selected, aged and in fine grained oak, to make elegant wines of intense richness and complexity. Soft tannins ensure that our wines can be enjoyed at any age.
Relationships of integrity are core to the value of the VWP philosophy – great wines require great relationships extending from the vineyard to the winery and to our partners that bring these wines to the palate of our consumers across the globe.
The three pillars
Sustainably Sourced
Harmony between environmental sustainability and wine industry practice is a strong commitment for the way we produce our wines, with the aim to minimise impact on the environment that delivers our fruit.
Only the Best
Only the best quality fruit is selected, aged and in fine grained oak, to make elegant wines of intense richness and complexity. Soft tannins ensure that our wines can be enjoyed at any age.
For Your Enjoyment
Our Winemakers utilise a combination of ‘old world’ wine making techniques and the best modern day practices. We believe wine should reflect place, that is not be overtaken by oak, nor picked so late that it loses any semblance of fresh fruit character. We believe that great wine comes from the vineyard. In the winery we are merely providing the polish to take it to extraordinary.
